Oatmeal & Dried Fruit Bars

A light, healthy sweet treat made with dried fruits that you can enjoy any time of day.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup dried fruit
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 cup prunes
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup butter light

Instructions
 

  • Mix the butter with the honey and oats, and stir them well.
  • Chop the dried fruit, nuts, and prunes into small pieces and add them to the honey mixture.
  • Add the raisins and coconut and mix well.
  • Take a baking tray lined with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.
  • Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and place the tray in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Cut it into bars and place them on a serving plate.
