Oatmeal & Dried Fruit Bars
A light, healthy sweet treat made with dried fruits that you can enjoy any time of day.

- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 cup dried fruit
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup prunes
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup butter light
Mix the butter with the honey and oats, and stir them well.
Chop the dried fruit, nuts, and prunes into small pieces and add them to the honey mixture.
Add the raisins and coconut and mix well.
Take a baking tray lined with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.
Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and place the tray in the oven for 20 minutes.
Cut it into bars and place them on a serving plate.
