Oatmeal & Dried Fruit Bars
A light, healthy sweet treat made with dried fruits that you can enjoy any time of day.
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 cup dried fruit
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup prunes
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup butter light
Instructions
- Mix the butter with the honey and oats, and stir them well.
- Chop the dried fruit, nuts, and prunes into small pieces and add them to the honey mixture.
- Add the raisins and coconut and mix well.
- Take a baking tray lined with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.
- Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and place the tray in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Cut it into bars and place them on a serving plate.
