A parfait is an easy, quick, & light French dessert made with layers of yogurt and fresh, dried, or frozen fruits. It can be sweetened with honey or made without, & you can add oats, granola, or your favorite light biscuit. This delicious treat is assembled in layers in a glass.
The parfait originated in France around 1890. The word “parfait” actually means “perfect” in French. It is a multi-layered dessert served in a clear glass.
