Ingredients
  

  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 carrot peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the tomato, cucumber, onion, carrot, and green bell pepper.
  • Add the lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Add the salt and cumin, toss the salad, and serve it fresh.
