- 2 cups Greek yogurt chilled
- 1 cup milk chilled, low-fat
- 1/2 cup milk powder low-fat
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Nuts for garnish (optional)
Using an electric mixer, blend the yogurt with the chilled milk and milk powder.
Add the honey and vanilla extract, and mix again until combined.
Pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
Scoop the ice cream into serving cups and garnish with nuts if desired.
