- 1 liter coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar diet or regular, adjust to taste
- 2 tablespoons liquid vanilla
- 5 tablespoons chia seeds
- Berries for garnish (as desired)
In a bowl, mix the chia seeds with the coconut milk. Add the sugar and vanilla, and stir the ingredients well.
Pour the mixture into serving glasses and place them in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes, or until the texture sets.
Serve the dessert cold, garnished with berries or any available fruit.
