Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of tuna drained
  • ½ avocado peeled and cubed
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup lettuce chopped
  • 2 cucumbers cut into small cubes
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Thyme to taste

Instructions
 

  • Gently mix the tuna and avocado cubes in a deep bowl. Then, add the lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle the chia seeds over the ingredients.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Pour this dressing over the salad and toss until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Place the salad in a serving dish, garnish with thyme, and serve immediately.
