Ingredients
  

  • Lamb Meat: 500 grams lean, cut into cubes
  • Onion: 1 medium, sliced
  • Zucchini: 1 cut into rounds
  • Carrot: 1 cut into rounds
  • Potato: 1 medium, cut into cubes
  • Bell Pepper: 1 sliced
  • Garlic: 2 cloves minced
  • Mixed Spices: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: to taste
  • Beef Broth: 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the meat cubes with the onion, garlic, olive oil, mixed spices, salt, black pepper, and turmeric.
  • Arrange the meat mixture and the vegetables (zucchini, carrot, potato, bell pepper) in a baking tray.
  • Pour the half cup of beef broth over the tray.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Cover the tray with aluminum foil.
  • Place the tray in the oven and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the meat is completely tender.
  • After an hour, remove the aluminum foil and let the tray bake for another 15 minutes until the vegetables and meat are lightly browned.
  • Serve the tray bake hot with brown rice or brown bread.
