In a large bowl, mix the meat cubes with the onion, garlic, olive oil, mixed spices, salt, black pepper, and turmeric.
Arrange the meat mixture and the vegetables (zucchini, carrot, potato, bell pepper) in a baking tray.
Pour the half cup of beef broth over the tray.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Cover the tray with aluminum foil.
Place the tray in the oven and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the meat is completely tender.
After an hour, remove the aluminum foil and let the tray bake for another 15 minutes until the vegetables and meat are lightly browned.
Serve the tray bake hot with brown rice or brown bread.
