Ingredients
  

  • Tortilla Bread: 10 pieces
  • Olive Oil: ΒΌ cup
  • Curry Powder: a pinch

Instructions
 

  • Brush the tortilla pieces with olive oil using a pastry brush.
  • Cut the tortillas into small triangles and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Put the tray in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown, flipping them halfway through.
  • Place the chips in a large strainer, sprinkle with curry powder, and toss gently to coat.
  • Transfer the chips to a serving plate and serve with your favorite dips.
