- Tortilla Bread: 10 pieces
- Olive Oil: ΒΌ cup
- Curry Powder: a pinch
Brush the tortilla pieces with olive oil using a pastry brush.
Cut the tortillas into small triangles and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Put the tray in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown, flipping them halfway through.
Place the chips in a large strainer, sprinkle with curry powder, and toss gently to coat.
Transfer the chips to a serving plate and serve with your favorite dips.
