Sugar-Free Energy Bars
Energy bars are a light snack that can be eaten as a main breakfast or a small meal between main meals to supply the body with necessary energy, minerals, and vitamins.

- Oats: 2 cups
- Almonds: ½ cup chopped
- Butter: ⅓ cup light
- Coconut: ⅓ cup
- Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
- Cranberries: ½ cup dried
- Salt: A small pinch
- Honey: ½ cup
In a small pot, combine the honey and butter. Stir the ingredients together until completely melted and let the mixture come to a boil.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, dried cranberries, coconut, almonds, and salt. Then pour the honey mixture over them and stir all the ingredients together.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray and press it down firmly until compact. Then, refrigerate for at least two hours.
Cut the mixture into bars and serve immediately.
