- Strawberries: 1 ½ cups fresh, mashed

In a deep pot, combine the mashed strawberries, water, fructose, and sugar. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
Place the pot over medium heat until it boils. Then, reduce the heat and stir the mixture occasionally until it reaches a jam-like consistency.
Remove the pot from the heat and let the jam cool completely. Transfer it to a glass jar, seal it tightly, and store it for later use.
