Minced Meat: 500 grams
lean
Spinach: 1 cup
chopped
Breadcrumbs: ½ cup
whole wheat
Egg: 1
Garlic: 1 clove
minced
Onion: 1
small, chopped
Paprika: 1 teaspoon
Salt: a pinch
Black Pepper: a pinch
Mozzarella Cheese: 4 slices
low-fat
Olive Oil: as needed
for cooking
Burger Buns: 4

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Shape the mixture into four equal-sized patties.
Place a slice of mozzarella cheese in the center of each patty and seal the meat around it completely.
Heat a grill pan or oven and cook the burger patties from both sides until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve the burgers hot with fresh vegetables and whole wheat buns.
