Spiced Bulgur with Grilled Chicken
Bulgur with chicken is a very healthy meal because it has countless benefits. Bulgur is cracked wheat grains, a complete food that can be used as a substitute for rice.

- Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Breast: 4 breasts cut into thin slices
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper: ¼ teaspoon
- Bulgur: 1 ¼ cups coarse
- Garlic: 2 cloves crushed
- Chicken Broth: 3 cups
Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and cook it in the pot for about 10 minutes until it browns and cooks through.
Add the broth to the pot, then add the bulgur. Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let it cook for 20 minutes until the bulgur is done.
Pour the bulgur and chicken into a serving dish and serve it hot with yogurt or salad, as desired.
