  • Eggs: 4
  • Mushrooms: 2 sliced
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black Pepper: to taste
  • Milk: ¼ cup liquid, skimmed
  • Olive Oil: 1 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and add the sliced mushrooms. Stir the mixture.
  • Continue stirring until the eggs are cooked to your preferred level of doneness.
  • Serve the scrambled eggs hot.
