Sautéed Vegetables

- 1 carrot cut into even pieces
- 1 cup broccoli cut into florets
- 1 cup cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 colored bell peppers cut into even pieces
- 1 onion cut into even pieces
- 2 zucchinis cut into even pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of thyme
- A pinch of paprika
Heat a large pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
Add the chopped vegetables and minced garlic to the pan and stir them well.
Season the vegetables with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add the thyme and paprika to the vegetable mixture and stir.
Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook over low heat until they are tender and fully cooked.
Serve the sautéed vegetables hot.
