Sajiya Meat
Sajiya meat is a popular dish often served at gatherings, parties, and family trips.
- Beef: 450 grams cut into thin slices
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper: ½ teaspoon
- Garlic: 1 clove minced
- Olive Oil: 3 tablespoons
- Green Bell Pepper: 1 sliced
- Red Bell Pepper: 1 sliced
- Onion: ½ sliced
In a bowl, season the beef slices with salt, black pepper, and garlic. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a saj or large pan over medium heat. Sauté the green pepper, red pepper, and onion for about 2 minutes until they soften. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
Heat the remaining oil in the same pan. Briefly sear the beef slices.
Return the sautéed peppers and onions to the pan, placing them on top of the beef. Cook everything together until the meat is fully cooked.
Serve the Sajiya meat hot.
