Roasted Potato Tray

Ingredients
  

  • 4 potatoes with skin, washed well
  • 1 teaspoon dried coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash the potatoes well without peeling them. Cut each potato into equal-sized cubes.
  • In a deep bowl, mix the potatoes with the coriander, ginger, salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, and olive oil. Toss well to coat.
  • Spread the potato pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Place the tray in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes, or until fully cooked. Serve hot.
