- 4 potatoes with skin, washed well
- 1 teaspoon dried coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Wash the potatoes well without peeling them. Cut each potato into equal-sized cubes.
In a deep bowl, mix the potatoes with the coriander, ginger, salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, and olive oil. Toss well to coat.
Spread the potato pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Place the tray in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes, or until fully cooked. Serve hot.
