- 500 grams flour
- 8 grams salt
- 75 grams sugar
- 10 grams yeast
- 225 grams milk
- 150 grams soft butter
- 100 grams raisins
- 75 grams walnuts
- 3 eggs
- 5 grams bread improver
- Apricot jam as needed (for glazing)
Knead all the ingredients together except for the butter. Add water gradually until a dough forms. Knead patiently until the dough is smooth, elastic, and has a slightly soft consistency.
Add the soft butter and knead until it is fully incorporated and the dough is homogeneous. Then, add the walnuts and raisins.
Place the dough in a loaf pan, filling it only one-third of the way up to allow space for it to rise and double in size.
Moisten your hands with water and gently shape the dough in the pan. Cover it and let it proof for about 1 to 1.5 hours.
Once risen, brush the top with apricot jam for a glossy finish.
Bake in the oven until fully cooked and golden brown.
