  • 1/2 cup quick-cook oats
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 banana mashed
  • Nuts as desired (for topping)
  • Honey as desired (for sweetness)

Instructions
 

  • In a small pot, heat the milk. Then add the oats and cook over low heat until the mixture thickens.
  • Add the peanut butter, mashed banana, and honey to your preferred level of sweetness.
  • Serve the oatmeal warm or cold, topped with nuts before serving.
