- 1/2 cup quick-cook oats
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 banana mashed
- Nuts as desired (for topping)

In a small pot, heat the milk. Then add the oats and cook over low heat until the mixture thickens.
Add the peanut butter, mashed banana, and honey to your preferred level of sweetness.
