Pan-Cooked Oat Bread
This oat bread is ideal for a diet. It contains fiber and protein that help you feel full for a long time and improve digestion.

- 1 cup oats ground
- A pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
In a deep bowl, mix the ground oats, salt, and baking powder.
Add the egg and pour in the water. Knead the ingredients well until you get a smooth and consistent dough.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease it with olive oil.
Place a scoop of the dough into the pan and spread it into a round, flat circle.
Cook the bread for 3-4 minutes on each side until it becomes golden brown and is cooked through.
Repeat the process until you use all the dough.
Place the oat bread on a serving plate and serve it warm.
