Pan-Cooked Oat Bread

This oat bread is ideal for a diet. It contains fiber and protein that help you feel full for a long time and improve digestion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats ground
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a deep bowl, mix the ground oats, salt, and baking powder.
  • Add the egg and pour in the water. Knead the ingredients well until you get a smooth and consistent dough.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease it with olive oil.
  • Place a scoop of the dough into the pan and spread it into a round, flat circle.
  • Cook the bread for 3-4 minutes on each side until it becomes golden brown and is cooked through.
  • Repeat the process until you use all the dough.
  • Place the oat bread on a serving plate and serve it warm.
