Ingredients
  

  • Fish: 2 pieces medium size, washed well
  • Onion Powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Dried Herbs: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin: 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice: 5 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons

Instructions
 

  • To make the marinade: In a bowl, mix the onion powder, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, cumin, lemon juice, and olive oil until well combined.
  • Rub the marinade all over the fish, both inside and out. Then, place it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Place the fish in a baking tray and put it in the oven until it is fully cooked.
  • Take the baked fish out of the oven and serve it hot.
