Ingredients
  

  • Eggs: 6
  • Milk: 3 tablespoons
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Bell Pepper: to taste finely chopped
  • Vegetable Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Onion: 1 small, chopped
  • Parsley: 1 teaspoon fresh, chopped
  • Dried Mint: 1 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, bell pepper, onion, parsley, and dried mint using a fork until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook until set.
  • Transfer the omelette to a serving plate and serve it hot.
