Oatmeal Cookies

This healthy oatmeal cookie recipe is perfect for a diet.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour oat flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter coconut butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the oat flour, maple syrup, and coconut butter until you get a smooth and firm dough. (If your dough is too sticky to shape, put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to firm up).
  • Make medium-sized balls from the dough and place them on the prepared baking tray.
  • Repeat until you use all the dough, leaving some space between the cookies on the tray.
  • Gently press down on each ball with your palm to flatten it.
  • Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10 minutes, until they are cooked through.
  • Let the oatmeal cookies cool completely before placing them on a serving plate and serving.
