Put the flour in a bowl. Add the oats and salt, and mix well.
In a blender, combine the milk, eggs, and black pepper. Blend well.
Slowly add the flour and oat mixture to the blender while it's running. Keep blending until everything is smooth.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Pour one scoop of the batter into the pan.
Let it cook until it turns light brown, then flip it to cook the other side.
Repeat the process until you use all the batter.
Place some feta cheese on one half of each crepe and fold the other half over it.
Place on a plate and serve immediately.
