Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a food processor, blend the eggs, pinch of cinnamon, banana, honey, and vanilla well.
Add the ground oat flour, coconut flour, baking powder, milk, and oil. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
Add the dried fruits or nuts to the mixture, as desired.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan greased with butter and dusted with flour.
Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, then slice and serve.
