In a deep bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella cheese with the sour cream.

Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces.

To prepare the garlic butter: In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic and cilantro.
Take the bread out of the oven, brush it with the garlic butter, and serve.
