- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
Season the salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried basil, and mustard.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Pan-sear the salmon fillets for about 5 minutes on each side.
Add the lemon juice to the skillet, then reduce the heat for just 1 minute.
Place the salmon on a serving dish. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
