Marinade for Grilled Diet Chicken
Here is a blend of spices from our kitchen to add to chicken breasts for a light, quick, and perfect diet meal.

- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons dried herbs
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 chicken breasts lightly pounded fillets
In a bowl, mix the chicken broth, lemon juice, honey, garlic, coriander, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper well.
Place the chicken in the mixture, cover the bowl, and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the marinade. Heat the grill and cook the chicken, turning it until it is fully cooked.
Serve hot alongside a plate of green salad.
