- Chicken Breast: 2 pieces skinless, boneless, and without fat
- Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon fresh
- Yogurt: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves minced
- Rosemary: ½ teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste
- Dried Basil: ½ teaspoon
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, yogurt, garlic, mixed spices, salt, and black pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and make sure they are coated on all sides.
Leave them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or for 1 hour for a stronger flavor.
Grill the chicken breasts in an electric grill or an oven grill.
