Lentil Bread
If you are trying to lose weight in a healthy way, here are the steps to make and serve lentil bread

- Yellow lentils: 1 cup
- Water: 1.5 cups
- Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: ¼ teaspoon
Soak the yellow lentils in water for one hour.
Place the lentils and water into a blender, and add the salt and turmeric.
Blend the ingredients well until you have a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a little oil.
Pour about 3 tablespoons of the lentil batter into the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes until the top is set and the bottom turns golden brown.
Flip the bread over and let it cook for one minute until the other side is golden brown.
Place the lentil bread on a plate and repeat the process until all the batter is used.
Serve the lentil bread with low-fat yogurt or vegetables for breakfast or dinner.
