Ingredients
  

  • Lamb: 500 grams cut into thin slices
  • Onion: 1 large chopped
  • Garlic: 2 cloves minced
  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon spicy
  • Coriander: 1/2 teaspoon ground
  • Cumin: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon: 1/4 teaspoon ground
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black Pepper: to taste
  • For Serving:
  • Tortilla Wraps: as needed keto, high-protein, low-carb
  • Lettuce: leaves
  • Tomato: 2 sliced
  • Pickles: 2 sliced
  • Red Onion: 1 sliced
  • Sauce: as desired tahini sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a wide pan, heat the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they soften.
  • Add the thin lamb slices and all the spices to the pan. Mix well until everything is combined.
  • Cook the meat over medium heat until it is completely done.
  • Add the sliced tomatoes, red onion, and pickles to the pan.
  • Serve the lamb shawarma in lettuce leaves or in the ready-made keto tortilla wraps, with tahini sauce on the side.
