- Lamb: 500 grams cut into thin slices
- Onion: 1 large chopped
- Garlic: 2 cloves minced
- Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon spicy
- Coriander: 1/2 teaspoon ground
- Cumin: 1/4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon: 1/4 teaspoon ground
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste
- For Serving:
- Tortilla Wraps: as needed keto, high-protein, low-carb
- Lettuce: leaves
- Tomato: 2 sliced
- Pickles: 2 sliced
- Red Onion: 1 sliced
- Sauce: as desired tahini sauce
In a wide pan, heat the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they soften.
Add the thin lamb slices and all the spices to the pan. Mix well until everything is combined.
Cook the meat over medium heat until it is completely done.
Add the sliced tomatoes, red onion, and pickles to the pan.
Serve the lamb shawarma in lettuce leaves or in the ready-made keto tortilla wraps, with tahini sauce on the side.
