In a deep bowl, place the white flour and wheat flour. Then add the sugar, cardamom, ginger, and cinnamon to them.
Add the oil and knead the ingredients by hand.
Add warm water and knead until a slightly firm and cohesive dough forms.
Shape the dough into small circles and form them using a Kleija mold, a Maamoul mold, or using your preferred method.
Place the Kleija on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and let them rest for 25 minutes.
Put them in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes on the bottom rack, then brown them for 3 minutes on the top rack.
Let them cool completely, then serve.
