Ingredients
  

  • Mozzarella Cheese: 150 grams
  • Coconut: 1 cup shredded
  • Baking Powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Egg: 1
  • Chocolate: as needed melted / for filling

Instructions
 

  • Place the mozzarella cheese in a deep microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the bowl for one minute.
  • Add the shredded coconut, baking powder, and egg to the mozzarella. Mix the ingredients well until a consistent dough forms.
  • Roll out the dough on a solid surface using a rolling pin, then cut it into equal triangles.
  • Fill the triangles with the melted chocolate, then roll them up into a croissant shape.
  • Place the croissants on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure to leave space between them.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Put the tray in the oven until the croissants are cooked through and turn a golden color.
  • Place the croissants on a serving plate and enjoy.
