Add the shredded coconut, baking powder, and egg to the mozzarella. Mix the ingredients well until a consistent dough forms.
Roll out the dough on a solid surface using a rolling pin, then cut it into equal triangles.
Fill the triangles with the melted chocolate, then roll them up into a croissant shape.
Place the croissants on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure to leave space between them.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Put the tray in the oven until the croissants are cooked through and turn a golden color.
