- 1 kg red hot chili peppers
- 3 garlic cloves peeled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- A pinch of salt
Wash the red chili peppers and remove the seeds.
Place the garlic and chili peppers in a blender and mix until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a pot and place it on the stove.
Add coriander, olive oil, tomato paste, and salt. Stir well.
Let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
Store the chili paste in a clean, dry jar. Seal tightly and keep refrigerated until use.
