Iced Lemon Mint Juice
One of the best features of lemon mint juice is its low sugar content, making it a great drink to enjoy while following a diet.

- 4 lemons peeled
- 1 liter cold water
- 2 tablespoons mint
- Sugar to taste
Wash the lemons well and cut them into quarters.
Place the lemons in a blender with a little mint and sugar. Add half of the water and blend. Then, pour the lemon mixture through a strainer into a large pitcher.
Put the remaining lemon pulp back into the blender. Add the rest of the water and more sugar if desired, then blend the ingredients again.
Strain this juice again into the pitcher with the first batch. Discard the leftover lemon pulp.
Serve the juice fresh and chilled.
