How to Cook Quinoa
Quinoa is a type of edible grain. It contains all the essential amino acids, making it a complete protein.

- Quinoa: 1 cup
- Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Water: 2 cups or boiled chicken broth
- Salt: ΒΌ teaspoon
Rinse the quinoa grains well with water and drain them.
Place the oil in a pot over medium heat. Let it get hot, then add the quinoa grains and stir them for one minute. Pour the water or broth into the pot with the grains and let it cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat and leave it covered for 5 minutes. Then, serve it plain or with vegetables as you like.
