In a deep bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Add the olive oil and mix well until combined.
Add the chicken to the honey mixture and stir until the chicken is fully coated.
Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the chicken with the honey mixture in a baking tray and put it in the oven for about 35 minutes.
Flip the chicken fillets over and leave them in the oven for another 10 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve the honey chicken fillet hot with sautéed vegetables or your favorite salad.
