Honey Chicken Fillet

Ingredients
  

  • Chicken fillet: 500 grams about 1.1 lbs
  • Garlic: 4 cloves minced
  • Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Honey: 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger: ½ teaspoon ground
  • Black pepper: ½ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • In a deep bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Add the olive oil and mix well until combined.
  • Add the chicken to the honey mixture and stir until the chicken is fully coated.
  • Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Place the chicken with the honey mixture in a baking tray and put it in the oven for about 35 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken fillets over and leave them in the oven for another 10 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Serve the honey chicken fillet hot with sautéed vegetables or your favorite salad.
