Herb-Grilled Steak

Herb-grilled steak is an excellent and delicious dietary choice for a diet plan. It is low in fat and rich in protein, which helps you feel full and build muscle mass.

Ingredients
  

  • Beef: 500 grams lean beef cuts
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons extra virgin
  • Lemon Juice: 2 tablespoons fresh
  • Garlic: 3 cloves crushed
  • Oregano: 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped
  • Rosemary: 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped
  • Thyme: 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black Pepper: to taste freshly ground
  • Paprika: a pinch optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash the steak slices and dry them thoroughly with a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, chopped herbs (oregano, rosemary, thyme), salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir the ingredients well.
  • Place the steak slices in a deep bowl and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all sides are well coated.
  • Cover the bowl tightly and place the meat in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably for 4 hours or overnight to deepen the flavor.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the marinated steak slices on the hot grill.
  • Grill each side for 3-5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the slice and your preferred level of doneness.
  • Remove the grilled steak from the grill and place it on a serving platter.
  • Garnish the grilled steak with some extra fresh herbs and serve it hot with a green salad or grilled vegetables for your diet.
