Grilled Skinless Chicken Fillets

- 4 chicken breasts skinless
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander chopped
In a deep bowl, mix the yogurt, cumin, lemon juice, garlic, and coriander.
Place the chicken breasts in a glass Pyrex dish. Pour the marinade mixture over them and turn the chicken to coat it on all sides.
Place the Pyrex in the refrigerator for about 3 hours to allow the chicken to absorb the marinade.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grill the chicken in the oven until it is fully cooked and golden brown. Serve hot.
