Grilled Salmon with Sautéed Vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 yellow squash sliced
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
  • 2 lemon slices

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • Place the salmon fillets on a sheet of foil in a baking tray. Add the zucchini, tomatoes, carrot, and mushrooms. Toss the vegetables well, then add the hot pepper sauce. Place a lemon slice on top of each salmon fillet.
  • Seal the foil tightly around the salmon and vegetables. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the salmon is cooked through.
  • Remove the tray from the oven, transfer the salmon and vegetables to a serving plate, and serve hot.
