- Lettuce: ½ head washed and chopped
- Feta cheese: 100 grams cut into cubes
- Red onion: 1 sliced
- Olives: 12 Kalamata olives, pitted
- Tomatoes: 2 cut into cubes
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: a pinch
- Parsley: 3 tablespoons chopped, for garnish
Place the lettuce in a deep bowl, then add the tomatoes, red onion, and olives.
Add the feta cheese, then season the ingredients with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
Toss the ingredients until they are well combined. Transfer the salad to a serving plate, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
