In a large bowl, mix the oats, mixed nuts, dried fruit, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, peanut butter, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the granola turns golden brown.
Remove the tray from the oven and let the granola cool completely.
Add the chocolate chips to the cooled granola and store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
