Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups oats
  • ½ cup mixed nuts
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup dried fruit
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon raw cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a large bowl, mix the oats, mixed nuts, dried fruit, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, peanut butter, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the granola turns golden brown.
  • Remove the tray from the oven and let the granola cool completely.
  • Add the chocolate chips to the cooled granola and store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
