Garlic Zucchini

An important thing to know about zucchini while following a diet is that it provides the body with the nutrients it needs without weight gain.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kilogram zucchini washed
  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons mint chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions
 

  • Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
  • Place the zucchini in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper, cumin, mint, and minced garlic.
  • Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Place the zucchini on a baking tray and put it in the oven until cooked through and lightly browned.
  • Transfer the garlic zucchini to a serving dish and serve hot.
