Garlic & Herb Cheese Balls
This recipe is for a delicious appetizer that everyone loves.

- Garlic: 2 cloves minced
- Butter: 100 grams
- Cream Cheese: 450 grams
- Parmesan Cheese: 3 tablespoons grated
- Dill: 1 tablespoon dried
- Basil: ½ teaspoon dried
- Black Pepper: ½ teaspoon
- Thyme: ½ teaspoon
- Parsley: 2 tablespoons chopped
- Keto-friendly Bread: For serving (optional)
Take the butter and cream cheese out of the refrigerator one hour before preparation to soften.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter, and garlic until well combined.
Add the parmesan cheese, dill, basil, black pepper, thyme, and parsley. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Refrigerate the cheese mixture until firm. Before serving, shape it into medium-sized balls and serve with (keto-friendly) bread if desired.
