- Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon

- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Cumin: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander: 1/4 cup fresh, chopped
- Parsley: 1/4 cup chopped
- Garlic: 4 cloves minced
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, cumin, coriander, parsley, and minced garlic to create a marinade.
Place the fish fillets in the marinade and let them sit for 30 minutes.
