Date and Walnut Balls
You can add many different flavors, spices, and fillings to them according to your taste.

- 2 cups walnuts
- 2 cups dates pitted
- 1 cup coconut shredded
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a food processor, mix the walnuts, dates, coconut, sesame oil, sea salt, and vanilla extract until the ingredients are well combined.
Shape the date mixture into small balls.
Leave them in the refrigerator to firm up for about one hour.
Serve the balls chilled.
