Ingredients
  

  • Cucumber: 2 cut into long, thin slices
  • Smoked Salmon: 200 g
  • Cream Cheese: 100 g
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Dill: 1 tablespoon chopped
  • Salt: A pinch
  • Black Pepper: A pinch

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with lemon juice, dill, salt, and black pepper until the ingredients are well combined and smooth.
  • Place a slice of smoked salmon on each cucumber slice, then spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top.
  • Gently roll up the slices, place them on a serving plate, and serve immediately.
