- 3 potatoes cut into thick strips/wedges
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- A pinch of salt
Place the potato strips in a deep bowl and soak them in ice water for about 30 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and place them in the air fryer basket. Add the vegetable oil and toss to coat.
Turn on the air fryer and cook at 170°C (340°F) for 15 minutes, shaking or flipping the potatoes occasionally until they are cooked through and crispy.
