Crepe

Enjoy the taste of crepes without the guilt while you're on a diet.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 cups milk low-fat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweetener e.g., a sugar substitute like stevia or erythritol
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, whisk the eggs and milk well.
  • Add the flour, oil, salt, and sweetener. Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth batter without any lumps.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Lightly grease it with a little oil.
  • Pour a suitable amount of the batter into the pan and swirl it to cover the bottom.
  • Cook the crepe until golden brown on the bottom, then flip it.
  • Repeat the process until you use all the batter.
  • Cover the crepes with a towel to keep them soft until serving.
  • Serve with fresh fruit and honey (or a low-calorie syrup).
