In a blender, whisk the eggs and milk well.
Add the flour, oil, salt, and sweetener. Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth batter without any lumps.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Lightly grease it with a little oil.
Pour a suitable amount of the batter into the pan and swirl it to cover the bottom.
Cook the crepe until golden brown on the bottom, then flip it.
Repeat the process until you use all the batter.
Cover the crepes with a towel to keep them soft until serving.
