- 500 grams cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut for garnish
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 cup honey
In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese with the vanilla and honey until the ingredients are well combined.
Add the frozen berries and continue to blend until you get a smooth, creamy texture.
Pour the ice cream mixture into a container and place it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Garnish the ice cream with shredded coconut and nuts before serving.
